Wiz Khalifa entered the mainstream scene with his major-label debut single, “Black and Yellow,” an ode to his hometown in Pittsburgh. The song entered the Billboard Hot 100 charts and eventually peaked at number 1. The song was featured in his third studio album and major-label debut record, Rolling Papers, released in 2011. After the success of his major-label debut, Wiz Khalifa released four more highly-acclaimed studio albums. Notably, his fifth studio release, O.N.I.F.C., performed impressively on the mainstream charts. The record peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart and number 1 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. In 2015, Wiz Khalifa, together with singer Charlie Puth, released the monster hit “See You Again,” which was commissioned for the Furious 7 soundtrack. The song won multiple awards and was certified platinum in the U.S. seven times. Wiz Khalifa is set to release his latest album, Multiverse, later this year.
Wiz Khalifa’s co-headliner Logic is a multi-platinum-selling and Grammy-nominated rapper. He emerged in the music scene in 2010 with the release of his mixtape, Young, Broke & Infamous. Four years later, Logic released his first studio album, Under Pressure, which debuted at number 4 on the Billboard 200 chart. He later released five more studio albums, the latest being No Pressure, released in 2020. The album debuted at number 2 on the Billboard charts and number 1 on the Top Rap Albums. Logic initially announced his retirement from rap music to focus on being a father. However, in June 2021, Logic made his return to music with a mixtape and an announcement of his upcoming album, Vinyl Days.
